Spicy Cucumber & Onion Salad

Ingredients
1 Cucumber, thinly sliced
13/4 Cup Red Onion, thinly sliced
1-2 Tsp.Rice Vinegar
1 Tsp. Garlic, minced
1-2 Tbsp. Chili Sauce
1/2 Tsp Sesame Oil
1-2 Tsp. Soy Sauce
2 Tsp. Chipotle Infused Olive Oil
1/2 Tsp. Chili Flakes
1 Tsp. Sesame Seeds
Directions
Combine all ingredients together in a large b owl. Mix well. Garnish with chopped green onion and more chili flakes and sesame seeds.
Enjoy fresh with chop sticks.
