Spicy Cucumber & Onion Salad

Any opportunity to make a spicy AND healthy recipe … I am down!

Prep Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 Cucumber, thinly sliced

  • 13/4 Cup Red Onion, thinly sliced

  • 1-2 Tsp.Rice Vinegar

  • 1 Tsp. Garlic, minced

  • 1-2 Tbsp. Chili Sauce

  • 1/2 Tsp Sesame Oil

  • 1-2 Tsp. Soy Sauce

  • 2 Tsp. Chipotle Infused Olive Oil

  • 1/2 Tsp. Chili Flakes

  • 1 Tsp. Sesame Seeds

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients together in a large b owl. Mix well. Garnish with chopped green onion and more chili flakes and sesame seeds.

  • Enjoy fresh with chop sticks.
