Pistachio Crusted Salmon

I have to start by saying that this is 1000000% one of those dishes you think is so fancy and going to be very daunting to make but it isn’t. This dish was so much easier than I had prepared myself for and I am very happy with how it turned out.

Cook Time: 25-30 minutes

Ingredients

Directions

  • Pre-heat oven to 350F degrees. Lay the fillets skin side down.

  • Drizzle the Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic Vinegar on top of the salmon, rub or brush in evenly.

  • Lightly season with our Dill Dip Seasoning.

  • Generously cover the top (and sides if possible) of the salmon fillets with the crushed pistachios.

  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until Salmon is cooked through. Serve with rice, broccoli and our Dill Dip for the perfect fancy / not fancy dinner!
