Pistachio Crusted Salmon
I have to start by saying that this is 1000000% one of those dishes you think is so fancy and going to be very daunting to make but it isn’t. This dish was so much easier than I had prepared myself for and I am very happy with how it turned out.

Cook Time: 25-30 minutes

Ingredients
2 Salmon Fillets
1/2 Cup Crushed Pistachios
2 Tsp. Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic Vinegar
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350F degrees. Lay the fillets skin side down.
Drizzle the Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic Vinegar on top of the salmon, rub or brush in evenly.
Lightly season with our Dill Dip Seasoning.
Generously cover the top (and sides if possible) of the salmon fillets with the crushed pistachios.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until Salmon is cooked through. Serve with rice, broccoli and our Dill Dip for the perfect fancy / not fancy dinner!
