Pesto Spinach Feta Pizza

Y’all know we love pizza. We love vegetarian pizza. We have been crushing meatless Monday’s too and have been doing it for well over a year and I love it. It helps that we have seriously created some amazing vegetarian recipes, and this pesto spinach feta pizza is no exception. Give it a whirl!

Serving Size: 1 Large Pizza

Pizza Ingredients

  • 1 Large Pizza Crust

  • 2 Cups Fresh Spinach

  • 1.5 Cups Crumbled Feta

  • 1.5 Cups Cherry Tomatoes, halved

  • 1/2 Cup Red Onion, sliced

  • 3-4 Tbsp. Basil Pesto

  • 2-3 Tsp. Evoolution Red Cayenne Chili Oil

  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Pizza Ingredients

  • Pre-heat oven to 400F degrees.

  • While the oven is heating up, get the pizza crust ready to go. Brush with the chili oil then spread the pesto overtop.

  • Top with spinach, tomato, onion and cheese. Season with salt & pepper.

  • Drizzle with remaining oil.

  • Bake for 10 minutes. Broil on LO for 10-12 minutes or until top has reached the desired golden brown color then serve.
