Pesto Spinach Feta Pizza
Y’all know we love pizza. We love vegetarian pizza. We have been crushing meatless Monday’s too and have been doing it for well over a year and I love it. It helps that we have seriously created some amazing vegetarian recipes, and this pesto spinach feta pizza is no exception. Give it a whirl!
Serving Size: 1 Large Pizza
Pizza Ingredients
1 Large Pizza Crust
2 Cups Fresh Spinach
1.5 Cups Crumbled Feta
1.5 Cups Cherry Tomatoes, halved
1/2 Cup Red Onion, sliced
3-4 Tbsp. Basil Pesto
2-3 Tsp. Evoolution Red Cayenne Chili Oil
Salt & Pepper to taste
Pizza Ingredients
Pre-heat oven to 400F degrees.
While the oven is heating up, get the pizza crust ready to go. Brush with the chili oil then spread the pesto overtop.
Top with spinach, tomato, onion and cheese. Season with salt & pepper.
Drizzle with remaining oil.
Bake for 10 minutes. Broil on LO for 10-12 minutes or until top has reached the desired golden brown color then serve.
