Peppermint White Hot Chocolate

To be honest, I am not one for hot drinks (unless it is COFFEE) even when it is -40 degrees, I am a cold drink kind of person. But, at Christmas time you have to enjoy at least 1 cup of hot chocolate with whip cream or marshmallows or both! We took our hot chocolate up a step and made this creamy white hot chocolate. So check it out! You could even go so far as to have a hot chocolate bar with the family that has all the goodies one can want with their hot chocolate.

Ingredients

• 3 Cups of Milk

• 1 Cup of Cream

• 8oz. of Bakers White Chocolate

• 1 Tsp. Vanilla

• Whipping Cream or Marshmallows for on top

• Crushed Canes Canes for Garnish

• 1/2 Tsp. Peppermint Extract *Optional*

Directions

• Combine all ingredients in a medium sauce pot (except the whip cream, marshmallows and crushed candy cane) and mix well. Bring almost to boil but DO NOT boil. Remove from the stove, pour into mugs and top with desired toppings!
