Breakfast Oatmeal & Fruit Cups

Ingredients
1 Cup Strawberry Yogurt
1 1/4 Cup Quick Oats
1/2 -3/4 Cup Honey
1 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
1 Tsp. Cinnamon
1/4 Tsp. Salt
Fresh Fruit of choice
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F degrees. Combine oats, honey, cinnamon and salt in a large bowl and mix well. Add more honey as needed.
Spray muffin tins with cooking spray , evenly spread the oat mix into 6 muffin tins and press the mixture into the bottom and sides. Bake for 12-14 minutes. Let cool for about 10 minutes then using a butter knife, remove from the tins. Allow to fully cool - about 30-45 minutes.
Fill cups with a spoonful or two of yogurt and top with fresh fruit. Voila!
