Breakfast Oatmeal & Fruit Cups

Serving Size: 6

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Strawberry Yogurt

  • 1 1/4 Cup Quick Oats

  • 1/2 -3/4 Cup Honey

  • 1 Tbsp. Brown Sugar

  • 1 Tsp. Cinnamon

  • 1/4 Tsp. Salt

  • Fresh Fruit of choice

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350F degrees. Combine oats, honey, cinnamon and salt in a large bowl and mix well. Add more honey as needed.

  • Spray muffin tins with cooking spray , evenly spread the oat mix into 6 muffin tins and press the mixture into the bottom and sides. Bake for 12-14 minutes. Let cool for about 10 minutes then using a butter knife, remove from the tins. Allow to fully cool - about 30-45 minutes.

  • Fill cups with a spoonful or two of yogurt and top with fresh fruit. Voila!
