'Leftover' Poutine

Turkey dinner leftovers are just as important as the actual turkey dinner if you ask us. So many options with leftovers like our yummy leftover pizza or our classic FRIENDS sandwich with a gravy soaked moist maker in the middle or even just a classic turkey sandwich. Well we have another addition to the leftovers menu … Poutine!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Pack Cavendish Crispy Fries

  • 1 Cup leftover Turkey

  • 1 Cup Cheese Curds

  • 3/4 Cup Gravy

  • 3/4 Cup Leftover Stuffing

  • 1/2 Cup Cranberry Sauce

  • Leftover Veggies of choice

  • 1 Tsp. Evoolution Thyme Fused Oil

  • 1-2 Tsp. JamDinners Turkey Dry Rub

  • 1/2 Tsp. Wild Porcini Mushroom Sea Salt

  • Pepper to taste

Directions

  • Pre-heat oven and cook fries as per packaging. While the fries are cooking, re-heat all necessary toppings.

  • For the gravy, re-heat in a pot and add the porcini mushrooms salt. Mix well.

  • Once fries have cooked as directed, remove from the oven and toss in a large bowl with the thyme oil and turkey dry rub.

  • Split between 2 bowls or plates then split all other ingredients between the two bowls, ending with cheese curds then drizzled with gravy. YUM!
