Lazy Beef & Broccoli
If you are like us and want the deliciousness of Beef & Broccoli but don’t always want to go through the effort on a week night of cooking a delicious steak .. also steak is expensive. Let’s be real. Ground beef is a great substitute and a more cost effective option!

Sauce Ingredients
1/3 Cup Soy Sauce
1/3 Cup Chili Sauce
1 Tbsp. Sriracha
1 Tbsp. Oyster Sauce
1 Tsp. Garlic Powder
1 Tsp. EVOO Black Gojujang fused Olive Oil or Ginger & Black Garlic fused Olive Oil
1 Tsp Brown Sugar
Meal Ingredients
1lb of Lean or Extra Lean Ground Beef
4-5 Cups Fresh or Frozen Broccoli, chopped
1/2 - 2/3 Cup of Watet
3-4 Cloves of Garlic, minced
1-2 Tsp Salt & Pepper
Directions
For the sauce - combine all ingredients in a small pot. Whisk well. Cook over medium heat. Stir frequently.
Heat a large pan over high heat and add the ground beef to to brown, season with salt & pepper. Reduce heat and cook thoroughly, remove beef from pan and set aside in a bowl.
Add the broccoli and the water, cover and steam over medium heat until fully cooked.
Add in minced garlic to the pan and return the ground beef to the pan. Drizzle the sauce over top and mix well. Serve over white rice.
MAKE IT EASY - Go for the store bough stir fry sauce and save all that work!
MAKE IT EXTRA - If you want it extra you have to go for the proper steak or at the very least the pre-cut stir fry strips of beef.
