Italian Roll Ups
I am a MASTER at the Chicken Roll Ups on this page! A master. They are a common request for small gatherings, baby showers, birthday’s etc. I always like to refine my skills though so I have whipped together both these Italian Roll Ups AND some Ham & Swiss Roll Ups! Give them a whirl the next time you have to bring a dish to your next baby shower!
Ingredients
4-6 Large Tortillas
15-20 Large Slices of Pepperonni
15-20 Large Slices of Salami
15-20 Large Slices of Ham
12 Slices of Provolone Cheese
8oz of Cream Cheese
1/4 Red Onion, chopped
1/3 Cup Banana Peppers, chopped
2 Tsp. JamDinners Italian Seasoning
Directions
Combine the seasoning, cream cheese and red onion together. Lay out a tortilla, and spread a layer of the cream cheese on to the tortilla, almost to the edges.
Lay out the different meats and cheeses in a single layer each. Take one edge of the tortilla and roll it tightly to the edge of the other tortilla.
Take a sharp knife and cut the roll into 1/2-1 inch size rolls. Repeat until you run out of ingredients. Store in the fridge for 2-3 days.
