Greek Potatoes

Our Greek Potatoes are a great addition to any meal. We typically enjoy pairing them with Greek marinaded chicken and Greek salad. It is a meal to die for! Ingredients

  • 3 Large White Potatoes, peeled and cubed

  • 1/2 White Onion, chopped

  • 6 Cloves of Garlic, minced

  • 3 Tbsp. Olive Oil

  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice

  • 1-2 Tsp. Chili Flakes

  • 1-2 Tsp Salt

  • 1 Tsp. Pepper

  • 1-2 Tsp. Oregano

  • You can also replace the spices listed above with our GREEK SEASONING and reduce the garlic cloves to 3 as there is garlic in the Greek seasoning**

  • Cooking Spray

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 400F degrees. Line a medium baking sheet with tin foil and lightly spray with cooking spray

  • Lay the potatoes out in a single layer, evenly spread out onions and garlic on top.

  • Drizzle the potatoes with olive oil the lemon juice.

  • Season potatoes with all seasonings. Add or remove as desired. Add additional chili flakes for some extra heat also.

  • Cook for 40-50 minutes or until potatoes are fully cooked. 1/2 way through cooking, mix up the potatoes to allow other sides to brown. If you want crispy potatoes, broil for 3-5 minutes at the end before serving.

  • Serve potatoes hot with homemade Tzatziki!
