Greek Chicken Pin Wheels

It is so easy to come up with healthy snack-like recipes such as these Greek Chicken Pin Wheels! They are so darn good too!

Serving Size: 2 Wraps

Ingredients

  • 3-4 Large Tortillas

  • 1 Chicken Breast, cooked and shredded and seasoned with Greek Seasoning

  • 6-8oz Cream Cheese, softened

  • 1/2 Cucumber, sliced and quartered

  • 1/2 Red and/or Green Pepper, thinly sliced

  • 1 Tomato, chopped

  • 1/2 Cup Feta Cheese

  • 1/2 Cup Kalamata Olives

  • 1/2 Red Onion, thinly sliced

  • 2 Tsp. JamDinners Greek Seasoning

Directions

  • In medium bowl, soften the cream cheese then combine all the other ingredients.

  • Lay out the tortillas and spread the mixture in a layer over top. Don’t make the layer too thick or you will have a hard time rolling it up.

  • Roll up each tortilla as tightly as possible without ripping it. Take a very sharp knife and slice the rolled tortilla into about 3/4 inch slices. Serve.
