Fruit Salsa

There are a ton of fruit salad or fruit salsa recipes out there and that is okay. This is our take on it though and it is quite tasty! The perfect treat for hot summer days. Light and refreshing. Given that we mostly use frozen fruit for this you can make as much or as little as a time as you truly want because you don’t have to worry about being wasteful.

Ingredients

  • 3 Kiwis, chopped

  • 1 Cup Frozen Peaches, thawed and chopped

  • 1 Cup Frozen Mangos, thawed and chopped

  • 1 Cup Frozen Strawberries, thawed and chopped

  • 1/2 Cup Frozen Blackberries, thawed and chopped

  • 1-2 Tbsp. White Sugar

  • 1 Tbsp. Brown Sugar

  • 1/4 Tsp. Cinnamon

Directions

  • Combine all fruit in a bowl with the sugars and cinnamon and toss well. Please note it is really important since we are using frozen fruit for the fruit to thaw and be lightly dried with a paper towel so that the fruit salsa doesn’t liquefy faster then you want it to.

  • Allow to sit in the fridge for about 15-20 minutes then serve with cinna chips!
