Egg Salad Pasta

I don’t know about you but I could CRUSH egg salad sandwiches all the time! I could eat it out of a bowl with a fork even, I don’t have to bother with the bread lol. A fun way to switch it up though is to add some macaroni to the egg salad. That’s exactly what we did here!

Ingredients

  • 4 Hard Boiled Eggs

  • 1 Cup Cooked Macaroni

  • 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise

  • 1/4 Cup Celery, finely chopped

  • 1 Tsp. Mustard

  • 1 Tsp. Celery Salt

  • 1 Tsp. Garlic Powder

  • 1 Tsp. Pepper

  • 1 Tsp. Lemon Juice

  • 1/2 Tsp. Salt

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients except the pasta in a large bowl and mix well. Ensure the egg gets crushed and softened.

  • Once the egg salad portion is combined well, add in the cooked pasta and mix well. Make sure the pasta is completely cold before adding to the egg salad. Nothing is worse then cold egg salad with warm pasta noodles. Sprinkle with a little extra salt and enjoy.
