Creole Salmon Tacos

I think I have explained before that I typically have to enjoy Salmon on days when the Mr. is not around as he is not the biggest fan. He has had a bad experience with bones in his salmon. Anyways these tacos are absolutely amazing and use a couple of our seasonings which you know I love even more.

Prep Time: 20 minutes

Cook Time: 25-30 minutes

Serving Size: 4-5 Small Tacos

Spicy Avocado Crema Ingredients

  • 1 Avocado, chopped

  • 1 Cup of Greek Yogurt

  • 1/4 Cup. Pickled Jalapenos

  • 1 Tsp. JamDinners Dill Dip Seasoning

Taco Ingredients

  • 1 Decent sized Salmon Fillet or 2 Small Fillets

  • 4 Small Soft Tortilla Shells

  • 1 Cup Shredded Lettuce or Coleslaw

  • 1 Avocado, chopped or sliced

  • 1/2 Hot House Tomato, chopped

  • 1/4 Cup Red Onion, sliced

  • 1-2 Tsp. JamDinners Creole Seasoning

  • 1-2 Tsp. Chabbani EVOO Oil

Directions

  • Add all crema ingredients in a dish and using an immersion blender, combine well. Cover and set aside in the fridge until you intend on using it. This allows the flavors to come together also.

  • Pre-heat oven to 375F degrees. Chop the salmon into bite sized cubes. Toss in a bowl with our Creole seasoning and the EVOO oil. Ensure all pieces are evenly covered and lay in a single layer on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with a little extra seasoning if desired.

  • Bake approximately 30 minutes or until fully cooked - flipping 1/2 way through. Drizzle a little more seasoning and/or oil when you flip them.

  • While the tacos are baking, prepare all the other ingredients. Once the salmon has finished cooking, add even portions to the tacos, top with the ingredients and then drizzle the crema on top. Voila and now you can enjoy!
