Creole Chicken Kebobs

I’ve got the mister locked in on more chicken recipes this summer but to do so, I had to ensure I put together some creative ideas so he doesn’t get bored of chicken. Enter … creole chicken kebobs. We pulled together our seasonings that we use for our blackened creole chicken and used them on chicken kebobs which pairs perfectly with green beans and potatoes.

Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken Breast, cut into 1-2inch cubes

  • 3 Tsp. Paprika

  • 1 Tsp. Salt

  • 1 Tsp. Pepper

  • 1 Tsp. Onion Powder

  • 1 Tsp. Garlic Powder

  • 1 Tsp. Cayenne Pepper

  • Or replace above seasonings with our CREOLE SEASONING**

Directions

  • Pre-heat the BBQ to 450F degrees. Combine the seasonings in a small bowl then evenly cover all sides of the chicken the skewer the chicken.

  • Spray the grilling surface with cooking spray then lay the kebobs down. Cook about 20 minutes or until internal temperature has reached 165F degrees or higher, flipping sides throughout to cook evenly. Approx. 5 minutes per side.

  • As mentioned, serve with a ranch to balance the heat as well as potatoes and green beans.
