Creamy Pumpkin White Russians

I grew up watching my real dad and his wife at the time make and drink White and Dark Russians. I thought they were the weirdest drinks … fast forward a few years and there I was drinking them (and Paralyzers) as a mixed drink option while at home. They were and are WAY more delicious then you would think when you look at the ingredients. For the Pumpkin version of these I add a little pumpkin spice and some whip cream to make them extra tasty.

Serving Size: 1 Drink

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup 1% Milk

  • 1 Oz. Vodka

  • 1 Oz. Coffee Liquer (I use Kahlua)

  • Whip Cream

  • 1 Tsp. Pumpkin Spice

  • Cinnamon Sticks for garnish

Directions

  • Combine milk and pumpkin spice in a cup together and whisk. Next, combine Kahlua and Vodka in a cup 1/3 way filled with ice then add the milk mixture to the cup. Swirl some whip cream on top (or mix right in) and then sprinkle with a tad more pumpkin spice. Ready to go!
