Honestly even picky Mark liked this snack and literally crushed it in 1 sitting! SO GOOD!
I have been on this cottage cheese kick recently which is hilarious given I never used to be a fan of cottage cheese growing up. Now I literally cannot even get enough!
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 3 minutes
Ingredients
• 1.5 Cups Cottage Cheese
• 1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
• 1-2 Tsp. Taco Seasoning
• 1.5 Tbsp. Nutritional Yeast
Directions
• Blend the cottage cheese alone first until smooth, add in all other ingredients and blend well. Transfer to a bowl then microwave until desired heat and consistency is achieved!
