Chicken Parm Kebobs

I like taking traditional recipes (like a Chicken Parm for example) and having some fun with creativity. You know, take the foundation of the recipe but really make it your own …

That’s exactly what we did here and turns out it was a little healthier than the classic and just as delicious!

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Cook Time: 25 minutes

Serving Size: 2 people

Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken Thighs, cubed

  • 3/4 Cup Mozza Cheese, shredded

  • 4 Tbsp. Tomato Marinara Sauce

  • 3-4 Tbsp. Bread Crumbs

  • 3-4 Tsp Garlic Infused @evoolution104 Olive Oil

  • 2 Tsp. JamDinners Italian Seasoning

Directions

  • Combine the chicken thighs, Italian seasoning and garlic infused oil together in a bowl and cover. Set in the fridge for at least 2 hours.

  • Remove from fridge and skewer. BBQ on medium heat until fully cooked

  • When the chicken is almost done (like 95% of the way) remove from the BBQ. Place the skewers on a baking sheet, sauce up with the marinara sauce then sprinkle with the mozza cheese and the bread crumbs.

  • Broil on low in the oven until the cheese begins to brown.

  • You can pair this with a simple butter pasta or if you want to stick to a little healthier than a classic garden salad is the way to go!
