Chicken Caesar Wraps
The perfect easy dinner when life feels out of control and you simply don’t have time to make dinner. Caesar salads are crowd-pleasers and throwing it into a wrap helps fill you up more and provide more of a full meal versus a side dish! They are so good! That is all.
Serving Size: 3 Large Wraps
Ingredients
1 Large or 2 Medium Chicken Breast, cooked and cubed
3 Large White Tortillas
1/2 Pack Bacon, cooked and ripped into bits
2-3 Cups Romaine Lettuce, washed and ripped
1/2 Cup Keg Caesar Dressing
1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese, shredded
1/2 Cup Croutons
Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Cook chicken in a frying pan on the stove with salt and pepper. Cook until internal temperature is 165F degrees or higher.
Combine the lettuce, dressing, Parmesan cheese & croutons in a large bowl as if you are making a Caesar salad.
Lay Tortillas out and top with Caesar salad then bacon bits and chicken. Top with additional sprinkled Parmesan cheese or dressing as desired.
Fold the ends in, roll and enjoy! Roll into parchment paper to hold the wrap together longer if needed.
