Keto Big Mac Sliders
As you could probably tell if you’ve been following along with the recipes … I LOVE BIGMACS! Whether its an actual big mac, a big mac salad, just the mac sauce with fries or these delicious keto sliders I simply cannot get enough of them. You would think after all these years in the fast food industry I would be sick of big macs but I am not. This recipe in particular is on the healthier side and something I feel like I could eat a little more regularly. Yes it is ground beef but with the home sauce and no bun, you can indulge a little more.
Serving Size: 20 Sliders
Beef Patty Ingredients
1 Lb. Lean Ground Beef
1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs
1 Egg
1-2 Tsp. Garlic Powder
1-2 Tsp. Onion Powder
1 Tsp. Sage
Salt and Pepper to taste
1-2 Tsp. Liquid Smoke *(Optional)*
Slider Ingredients
1/2 Cup Mac Sauce
1/2 Head of Iceberg Lettuce, washed and cut into approx. 1.5 inch pieces
Medium Cheddar Cheese, sliced into thin squares about 1.5 inches
20 Slices of Pickles
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350F degrees. combine all beef patty ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well. Form the beef into 2 inch patties and lay out on an ungreased baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until beef is fully cooked through. When there is about 2-3 minutes left of cooking, lay a slice of cheese on each patty and allow to melt 2-3 minutes in the oven.
Remove from the oven, top with a small dollop of mac sauce, 2 pieces of lettuce and a pickle. Put a skewer stick through to top to keep the ingredients together.
