Turkey Egg LT's

Sometimes you just need a low carb healthy breakfast option with all the protein that is easy to pull together .. and this recipe has your back! These are breakfast lettuce wraps with hard boiled eggs and they take about 6 minutes to prep! Let’s do this!

Serving Size: 3 Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients

  • 2 Hard Boiled Eggs

  • 3 Pieces of Turkey Bacon, cooked as per packaging

  • 3 Leaves or Romaine or Iceberg Lettuce

  • 1 Roma Tomato, sliced

  • 1/4 Red Onion, thinly sliced

  • Pepper to taste

  • Hot Sauce to taste

Directions

  • Prep the lettuce leaves, cook the turkey bacon and slice the eggs & veggies.

  • Layer the ingredients on the lettuce starting with the turkey bacon. Season with pepper and add shredded cheese if desired.
