Tartar Sauce

I love Fish & Chips! I have not perfected them yet but I am pretty close with the homemade Tartar Sauce! Give this recipe a try the next time you make fish and chips at home!

Ingredients

• 2/3 Cup Mayo

• 1/4 White Onion, chopped

• 1 Dill Pickle, minced

• 2 Tsp. Dill

• 2 Tsp. Lemon Juice

• 1 Tsp. Sugar

• 1 Tsp. Garlic Powder

• 1 Tsp. Pepper

Directions

• Combine all ingredients together and mix well. Taste test along the way. Add more pepper, lemon juice or garlic powder as needed.
