Ingredients
8-10 Colossal Shrimp
1-2 Cups Panko Crumbs
1 Cup Creamy Chili Sauce
1/2 Cup Flour
1/2 Cup Green Onion, chopped
1/2 Tsp. Salt
1/2 Tsp. Pepper
Cooking Spray
Directions
Ensure shrimp is thawed, remove the tails and devein. Dab dry with a paper towel and set aside.
Grab 3 separate bowls - 1 for the whisked egg, 1 for the panko and then one that contains the flour, salt & pepper.
Take the shrimp one by one and dip first in the flour, then the egg then the panko mixture and set aside. Repeat for each shrimp.
Heat up your air fryer and spray the tray generously with cooking spray. Lay each shrimp on the pan in a single layer then generously spray with cooking spray again.
Start timer for 15 minutes on a high temp. Check the shrimp every 5 minutes, flip as needed to ensure even cooking.
Once the shrimp is fully cooked, remove from the air fryer and toss in a bowl lightly with the creamy chili sauce!
