Perfect on a bed of rice with some vegetables too, to really create a proper meal. We even created this recipe using our air fryer so you can feel a little healthier eating it.

Ingredients

  • 8-10 Colossal Shrimp

  • 1-2 Cups Panko Crumbs

  • 1 Cup Creamy Chili Sauce

  • 1/2 Cup Flour

  • 1/2 Cup Green Onion, chopped

  • 1/2 Tsp. Salt

  • 1/2 Tsp. Pepper

  • Cooking Spray

Directions

  • Ensure shrimp is thawed, remove the tails and devein. Dab dry with a paper towel and set aside.

  • Grab 3 separate bowls - 1 for the whisked egg, 1 for the panko and then one that contains the flour, salt & pepper.

  • Take the shrimp one by one and dip first in the flour, then the egg then the panko mixture and set aside. Repeat for each shrimp.

  • Heat up your air fryer and spray the tray generously with cooking spray. Lay each shrimp on the pan in a single layer then generously spray with cooking spray again.

  • Start timer for 15 minutes on a high temp. Check the shrimp every 5 minutes, flip as needed to ensure even cooking.

  • Once the shrimp is fully cooked, remove from the air fryer and toss in a bowl lightly with the creamy chili sauce!
