Steak, Potato & Tomato Kebobs

Summer is almost here and that has us getting into some exciting summer recipes! Summer recipes that include these delicious Steak, Potato & Tomato kebobs! Super simple and extra tasty.

Ingredients

  • 2 Round Steaks

  • 16 Small Potatoes

  • 8-10 Cherry Tomatoes

  • 8-10 Mushrooms

  • 4 Tsp. Soy Sauce

  • 2 Tsp, Worcestershire Sauce

  • 1-2 Tsp. Salt

  • 1-2 Tsp. Garlic Powder

  • 1-2 Tsp. Pepper

Directions

  • if using wood kebob sticks, allow them to soak in water for at least 2 hours so they don’t burn on the BBQ.

  • Next, rinse the potatoes and then boil until almost fully cooked. Drain and set aside.

  • While the potatoes are cooking, cut the steak into 1.5in pieces and set aside. Turn on the BBQ and heat up to about 450-500F degrees.

  • Once the potatoes are fully cooked, you can begin lining the kebob sticks with the meat and veggies in whatever way you feel. Season each kebob stick with salt, pepper and garlic powder on all sides.

  • Lay the kebobs on the BBQ and cook until steak is fully cooked - about 10-15 minutes. While the steak begins cooking combine the Worcestershire and soy sauce as well as some additional salt, pepper & garlic powder.

  • Half way through the cooking, brush the soy sauce mixture lightly on all sides of the kebobs and continue cooking.

  • Once steak and potatoes are cooked until desired, remove from the grill and enjoy!
