Yummy Spinach & Artichoke Dip

This recipe it great. That is all I have to say. It can be made so quickly and requires so little effort. Give it a try.

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Cook Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 Cup Parmesan Cheese

  • 2/3 Cup Mozza Cheese

  • 1/4 Cup Mayo

  • 1/4 Cup Light Sour Cream

  • 8 oz. Frozen Spinach, thawed, drained and all excess water removed

  • 1 Package (8oz) Light Cream Cheese

  • 1 Can Artichoke Hearts, drained and chopped

  • 2 Cloves Garlic, minced (or 3 Tsp. Garlic Powder)

  • Pepper to taste

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 350F degrees. Combine all cheeses, mayo, sour cream, pepper and garlic in a large bowl. Add in drained spinach and artichoke hearts, Mix well.

  • Spoon evenly into a greased baking dish. Bake for 20-30 minutes. Serve with chips or our delicious Bunny Bread at Easter!
