Spider Brownies
Mmmmmm Brownies. To be honest, I don’t often crave brownies, I am more of a salty/savory person then a sweets person but damn they are good when I do crave them/eat them. What a simple treat to make for halloween too requiring only 1 extra ingredient from your typical brownies!
Serving Size: 16 Brownies
Ingredients
1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Chocolate Chips
1/2 Cup Melted Margarine
1/2 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa
1/2 Cup Flour
2 Large Eggs
1 Tsp. Vanilla
1/2 Tsp Salt
Vanilla Icing Piping Bag
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350F degrees.
In a medium bowl, combine the margarine, sugar and cocoa. Mix well so the sugar is not granulated anymore.
Add in the eggs and vanilla, stir well.
Lastly, add the flour and salt and mix until fully combined and fold in the chocolate chips ans gently mix.
Fold mixture into a square baking pan (spray the pan with cooking spray first) and spread evenly. Bake 20-22 minutes - but not much longer! You do not want to overcook.
Allow to fully cool and then cut into even portions. Create spider webs in the corner using white icing and a piping bag. Place in fridge immediately after piping so that the icing sets, them remove and enjoy!
