Spicy Asian Chicken Kebobs

Getting creative with chicken and chicken kebobs makes eating dinner even more enjoyable! And these spicy asian chicken kebobs are the perfect BBQ meal to pair with some rice and veggies! YUM! They also, as per usual with our recipes are extremely easy!

Spicy Asian Sauce Ingredients

  • 1-2-3/4 Cup Soya Sauce

  • 2 Heaping Tbsp. Chili Paste

  • 4-5 Tbsp. Brown Sugar

  • 1 Tbsp. Oyster Sauce

  • 7 Cloves of Garlic, minced

Chicken Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken Breast, cut into 1.5 inch cubes

  • 1 Tsp. Salt

  • 1 Tsp. Pepper

  • 1 Tsp. Garlic Powder

  • 1/2 Cup Green Onions, chopped

  • Sesame Seeds for garnish

Directions

  • Combine all the sauce ingredients in a large bowl and whisk well.

  • Lightly season the cut chicken with S&P, and garlic powder. Put the cut chicken into a separate large bowl and add 1/3 of the sauce mixture. Mix well, cover with saran wrap and allow to marinate in the fridge for minimally 1 hour.

  • Pour the remaining sauce into a small pot and turn onto medium heat until just bubbling then reduce to simmer and thicken.

  • Once the chicken has marinated enough remove the bowl from the fridge and skewer the chicken cubes.

  • Pre-heat the BBQ to 450F degrees, spray with cooking spray and add the chicken skewers. Rotate the chicken skewers every 5-7 minutes until fully cooked. Sprinkle with the chopped green onion and sesame seeds then as mentioned, serve with rice and cooked veggies!
