Smoothie Bowls

We received a request to share a recipe (or 2) for smoothie bowls from a follower of ours and of course we were quick to oblige! We didn’t stop at 2 though. Here we have put together 4 very different but very delicious Smoothie Bowls. We were able to reuse some of the same ingredients for all (things such as almond milk or toppings) and are pleased with how they ALL turned out. To make things even better, we used Vanilla Ice Cream instead of Greek Yogurt so they are even more delicious and ….. if you swap the ice cream for Dairy Free Ice Cream then it can be VEGAN!

1. Strawberry Banana Smoothie Bowl

SB Ingredients

  • 3/4 Cup Frozen Strawberries

  • 1 Frozen Banana

  • 1/2 Cup Vanilla Almond Milk

  • 1/2 Cup Strawberry Banana Sugar Free Juice

  • 1/2 Cup Dairy Free Vanilla Ice Cream

  • 4-5 Strawberries, halved for topping

  • 1/2 Banana, sliced for topping

  • 1/4 Cup Granola for topping

SB Directions

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until JUST fully mixed and there are no chunks. Scoop into a bowl and place in the freezer for 5-7 minutes. Remove, top with toppings and enjoy!

2. Peach Mango Pineapple Smoothie Bowl

PMP Ingredients

  • 1.5 Cups Frozen Mango Chunks, Peaches, Pineapple Chunks

  • 1/2 Cup Vanilla Almond Milk

  • 1/2 Cup Pineapple Juice

  • 1/2 Cup Dairy Free Vanilla Ice Cream

  • 1 Peach, sliced for topping

  • 1/2 Cup Frozen Mango Chunks, for topping

  • 2 Tsp. Sliced Almonds, for topping

PMP Directions

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until JUST fully mixed and there are no chunks. Scoop into a bowl and place in the freezer for 5-7 minutes. Remove, top with toppings and enjoy!

3. Triple Berry Smoothie Bowl

TB Ingredients

  • 1.5 Cups Mixed Frozen Berries

  • 1/2 Cup Vanilla Almond Milk

  • 1/2 Cup Berry Juice

  • 1/2 Cup Dairy Free Vanilla Ice Cream

  • 3/4 Cup Fresh Berries, for topping

  • 2 Tbsp. Shaved Coconut, for topping

TB Ingredients

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until JUST fully mixed and there are no chunks. Scoop into a bowl and place in the freezer for 5-7 minutes. Remove, top with toppings and enjoy!

4. Banana Choco Peanut Butter Smoothie Bowl

BCPB Ingredients

  • 2 Frozen Bananas

  • 1/2 Cup Vanilla Almond Milk

  • 1/2 Cup Dairy Free Vanilla Ice Cream

  • 2-3 Tbsp. Peanut Butter

  • 1-2 Tbsp. Choco Syrup

  • 1/2 Fresh Banana, sliced for topping

  • 1/4 Cup Peanut Butter, slightly melted for drizzle topping

  • 1/4 Cup Shaved Chocolate, for topping

  • 2 Tbsp. Sliced Almonds, for topping

BCPB Directions

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until JUST fully mixed and there are no chunks. Scoop into a bowl and place in the freezer for 5-7 minutes. Remove, top with toppings and enjoy!
