Sicilian Lemon White Fish

We love white fish and easy flavorful recipes that make your mouth water. We keep saying it over and over again but this recipe is SO easy!

Cook Time: 20-25 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 Basa Fillets (or any white fish)

  • 2-3 Tsp. EVOOlution Kalamata Oil

  • 2-3 Tsp. EVOOlution Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic Vinegar

  • 1 Tsp. Salt & Pepper

Directions

  • In a medium pan over medium heat add in the Kalamata Oil & Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic Vinegar.

  • Lay in the fillets and season with salt & pepper. Cook thoroughly on one side, flip and season that side with a little S&P. Continue cooking until fish is fully cooked. Approx. 15-20 minutes.

  • Serve with rice or quinoa and cooked veggie of choice.
