Reese's Blondies

Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups are hands down one of my favorite chocolate bars. They are right up there with Hershey’s Cookies N’ Cream. So seemed only natural to throw them into a Halloween blondies recipe! Let’s do this!

Ingredients

  • 1.25 Cups of Flour

  • 2/3 Cup Brown Sugar

  • 2/3 Cup White Sugar

  • 1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips

  • 1/2 Cup Peanut Butter

  • 1/4 Cup Melted Butter

  • 3 Eggs

  • 1 Tsp Vanilla

  • 1 Tsp. Baking Powder

  • 1/2 Tsp. Salt

  • 1/2 Bag of Reese’s Pieces

  • 1/2 Bag of Mini Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups

  • Cooking Spray

Directions

  • Pre-heat oven to 350F degrees.

  • In a stand mixer (or a large bowl with a hand mixer) combine both sugars, the melted butter, peanut butter, vanilla and eggs. Mix until fully combined and smooth.

  • Add in the flour, baking powder and salt slowly to the mixer and combine well.

  • Using a large spatula, fold in the chocolate chips.

  • Spray a 13x9 pan with the cooking spray and pour the batter into the pan. Sprinkle 2/3 of the reese’s pieces on top and bake for 25-28 minutes.

  • While it is baking, cut the reese’s cups into halves and set aside.

  • Remove from the oven and add the remaining reese’s pieces and lightly press in the reese’s cup halves. Allow to cool fully in the fridge.

  • Once cooled, cut into even squares and serve.
