Prosciutto Arugula Truffle Honey Flatbread
I wont bore you with a long winded story. This recipe is delicious.
Ingredients
1 Pizza Crust or large Flatbread Crust
1/2 Pack of Prosciutto, ripped into large bite sized pieces
1 Cup of Arugula
3/4 Cup Mozza Cheese
1/4 Cup Honey Merchant Truffle Honey
1/4 Cup Olive Oil of choice
Pepper to taste
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 450F. Lay the flatbread out and drizzle with the olive oil then top with the mozza cheese. Bake for 10 minutes.
Remove the flatbread from the oven, add the prosciutto on and return to the oven then broil on LO for approx 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven again, top with the fresh arugula and fresh cracked pepper then drizzle the slightly softened truffle honey on top and serve.
