Prosciutto Arugula Truffle Honey Flatbread

I wont bore you with a long winded story. This recipe is delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1 Pizza Crust or large Flatbread Crust

  • 1/2 Pack of Prosciutto, ripped into large bite sized pieces

  • 1 Cup of Arugula

  • 3/4 Cup Mozza Cheese

  • 1/4 Cup Honey Merchant Truffle Honey

  • 1/4 Cup Olive Oil of choice

  • Pepper to taste

Directions

  • Pre-heat oven to 450F. Lay the flatbread out and drizzle with the olive oil then top with the mozza cheese. Bake for 10 minutes.

  • Remove the flatbread from the oven, add the prosciutto on and return to the oven then broil on LO for approx 10 minutes.

  • Remove from the oven again, top with the fresh arugula and fresh cracked pepper then drizzle the slightly softened truffle honey on top and serve.
