Overnight Pumpkin Oats

I always find the jar or can of pumpkin pie filling from the store is too much for the pies I want to make and I end up having to throw it out so I figured why not try and make a plan to use it up in something else. These Overnight Pumpkin Pie Oats are easy and a great way to get your Pumpkin Spice fix.

Serving Size: 2 Jars

Ingredients

  • 1.5 Cups Vanilla Greek Yogurt

  • 1 Cup Quick Oats

  • 1 Cup Pumpkin Pie Filling

  • 1/4 Cup Vanilla Almond Milk

  • 1 Tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Evenly split between 2 jars and allow to sit in the fridge overnight.

  • When ready to eat, sprinkle with some sliced almonds or pecans or anything else and enjoy!
