Greek Chicken Bowl w/ Pita Chips
Everything about this meal is delicious. Everything from the marinated Greek chicken to the homemade Pita Chips to the Homemade Tzatziki (you can find that recipe in Dips & Sauces). It is truly a delicious meal and very filling, worth it to give it a shot!

Chicken Marinade Ingredients
3 Chicken Breast
3/4 Cup Non-Fat Greek Yogurt
1/3 Cup Olive Oil
1/3 Cup Lemon Juice
1 1/2 Tsp. Garlic Powder
1 1/2 Tsp Oregano
1/2 Tsp. Salt
1/2 Tsp. Pepper
1/2 Tsp. Red Pepper Flakes
Marinade Directions
Combine all marinade ingredients in a glass tupperware container or ziploc bag and mix well. Add chicken and seal Marinade for at least 2 hours, ideally overnight.
Pita Chip Ingredients
3 Full Sized Pitas
1/3 Cup Olive Oil
1 Tsp. Oregano
1 Tsp. Garlic Powder
1/2 Tsp. Salt
1/2 Tsp. Pepper
Pita Chip Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350F. Cut Pitas into triangles of equal sizes. Combine all other ingredients in a small bowl. Brush the mixture on each pita triangle. Bake for 10 minutes or until just crispy.
Salad Ingredients
1 Head of Iceberg Lettuce, chopped
1 Cucumber, sliced
1/2 Redo Onion, chopped
Handful of Cherry/Grape Tomatoes, halved
1/2 Cup Feta Cheese
1 Cup Tzatziki Sauce
Directions
Pre-heat the BBQ to cook the chicken. Combined all vegetables in a bowl. Remove chicken from marinade container and cook chicken fully then place on top of vegetables. Top with feta cheese and tzatziki sauce.
