Grapefruit Jalapeno Margaritas
TEQUILLLLLLLLLLLLLLLAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!
I am not much of a tequila person to be honest, I don’t seek it out usually but when I pull that bad boy out to whip together some margaritas ….. damn I sure can down the tequila! As I get older my love for margaritas has shifted from pure sugar slushie drinks (still a go-to in Mexico though, let’s be honest) to flavorful full bodied beverages on ice … and I am OKAY with that. Grapefruit Jalapeno margaritas are not for everybody but it is a tasty drink … the perfect balance of heat, tart and sweet. I even add a splash of OJ to even it out. This drink is perfect for a hot sunny day on the deck or paired with a delicious Mexican feast … both of those sound pretty damn good to me!
