Garlic Butter Parm Chicken

HOLY EFF! Yum. Seriously such a simple recipe with so much damn flavor. That is all that needs to be said.

Ingredients

  • 4 Boneless Chicken Thighs

  • 3-4 Tbsp. Margarine/Butter

  • 5-7 Garlic Cloves, minced

  • 2-3 Tsp. Salt

  • 2-3 Tsp. Pepper

  • 2-3 Tsp. Parsley

  • 1-2 Tsp. Garlic Powder

Directions

  • Melt margarine or butter over medium heat. Season all sides of the chicken breast with salt, pepper and garlic powder then add to the pan.

  • Cook over medium-high heat until chicken thighs are fully cooked - about 20-30 minutes. Flipping the chicken 1/2 way through and ensuring to brown the outsides without burning.

  • Once the thighs are almost cooked, add in the parsley and minced garlic. Cook about 2-3 minutes then remove from heat.

  • Plate with rice and broccoli and drizzle garlic butter over top of chicken after plating. YUM!
