Garlic Butter Parm Chicken
HOLY EFF! Yum. Seriously such a simple recipe with so much damn flavor. That is all that needs to be said.
Ingredients
4 Boneless Chicken Thighs
3-4 Tbsp. Margarine/Butter
5-7 Garlic Cloves, minced
2-3 Tsp. Salt
2-3 Tsp. Pepper
2-3 Tsp. Parsley
1-2 Tsp. Garlic Powder
Directions
Melt margarine or butter over medium heat. Season all sides of the chicken breast with salt, pepper and garlic powder then add to the pan.
Cook over medium-high heat until chicken thighs are fully cooked - about 20-30 minutes. Flipping the chicken 1/2 way through and ensuring to brown the outsides without burning.
Once the thighs are almost cooked, add in the parsley and minced garlic. Cook about 2-3 minutes then remove from heat.
Plate with rice and broccoli and drizzle garlic butter over top of chicken after plating. YUM!
