Garlic Aioli

Mmmmmmmm Garlic. Garlic Aioli is a very versatile sauce, you can use it for burgers (seriously, it is so friggen good on the Blue Cheese Burger we made OH.EM.GEE.) or for dipping all of your fries in! We seriously mean ALL of your fries. So dang good. Garlic Aioli can be a very strong sauce too so you really have to play with the ingredients to ensure you get the right flavor profile, you don’t want it TOO garlic-y or too thick if there is too much mayo. You can always adjust the portions of each ingredient to match your desired taste and consistency.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Mayo

  • 3 Cloves Garlic, minced

  • 3 Tsp. Lemon Juice

  • 1 Tsp. Olive Oil

  • 1/2 Tsp. Salt

  • 1/2 Tsp. Pepper

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients. Set in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before using.
