Fully Loaded Garlic Bread

Garlic Bread - good. Bacon - good. Extra Cheese - good. Add them all together - perfection.

Ingredients

  • 1 Potato Buttermilk Bread Loaf

  • 1/2 Pack of Bacon, cooked and crumbled

  • 1 Cup of Cheddar and/or Mozza Cheese, shredded

  • 1/2 Cup Margarine

  • 2 Tsp. Garlic Powder

  • 2 Tsp. Parsley or 2 Tsp. JamDinners Italian Seasoning

  • 1 Tsp. Salt

  • Green Onion, chopped (optional)

Directions

  • Combine the seasonings and the margarine together and soften/melt slightly in the microwave. Remove and stir well.

  • Cut the loaf in half. Brush the margarine seasoning mixture generously on both sides. Make more of the mixture if desired.

  • Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top. Top with the crumbled bacon and broil on LO until cheese is melted and golden brown. Remove from the oven.

  • Sprinkle with the chopped green onion, cut into slices and serve.

MAKE IT EASY - Buy store bought Garlic Bread and just add the cheese and bacon to it before broiling.

MAKE IT EXTRA - Create and use a garlic butter spread or make the bread from scratch.
