Deviled 'Egg' Baby Potatoes
Think deviled eggs but apply it to potatoes!
Ingredients
8-10 Baby Potatoes
1/2 Cup Milk
1/2 Cup Parm Cheese, shredded
1 Tsp. Garlic Powder
1-2 Tsp. Evoolution Wild Dill Infused Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Cook the baby potatoes in a pot of boiling water until soft. Drain and cut the potatoes in half length wise.
Scoop out the insides of the potatoes delicately and add to a medium bowl. Mix in the milk, parm, oil and seasonings. Mix well.
Scoop the mixture into a piping bag and swirl the mixture back into each of the halves in a esthetically pleasing way then top with chopped chives.
