Classic Poutine

A Canadian Classic … the Poutine. Perfect for this Canada Day!

Serving Size: 2 Poutines

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Bag Cavendish Extra Crispy Frozen Fries, cooked as per packaging

  • 1 Package Gravy, made as per packaging

  • 3/4 Cup Cheese Curds

  • Green Onion, chopped for garnish

  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions

  • Remove cheese curds from fridge while the fries are still cooking to help them get closer to room temperature.

  • Lay fully cooked fries out in a bowl then cover with desired amount of cheese curds.

  • Drizzle with lots of gravy to help melt the cheese curds. Set aside to allow the cheese to melt further before eating.

  • Top with green onion or chopped parsley and season with a little pepper!
