Chicken BLT Sammie

Who doesn’t love a classic BLT Sammie? Well we love them and it was a no brainer to make one for our Sammie series.

Serving Size: 2 Sammies

Ingredients

  • 4 Pieces of White Bread

  • 2 Chicken Breast, cooked and chopped

  • 6-8 Pieces of Bacon, cooked

  • 2 Slices of Cheddar Cheese

  • 2 Slices of Tomato

  • 2 Large Pieces of Romaine Lettuce

  • 4-5 Tbsp. Chipotle or Sriracha Mayo

  • Salt Pepper & Garlic Powder to taste

Directions

  • Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper & garlic powder before cooking. Cook fully until an internal temperature of 165F degrees or higher. Set aside and allow to cool completely.

  • Once chicken is cooled, slice it, lightly toast the bread and begin building the sammie.

  • Spread chipotle mayo on the insides of both piece of toast. One the bottom slice layer with lettuce, tomato then the cheddar cheese. Layer the chicken and bacon on the top slice then pull it all together.

  • Repeat for the second sammie.
