Juicy Homemade Beef Burgers

Once a year the Mr. and I celebrate BBQ season with our Annual Burger Week! We do 7 days of burgers, which I know can sound like it would get old, but it doesn’t! We cook different burgers every night and make up delicious sides for each day. We quite enjoy the brainstorming and creativity that goes into it. We always start burger week off with a traditional Beef Burger because you really cant go wrong with one of those!

Serving Size: 4 Patties

Ingredients

  • 1 Lb. Ground Beef (not lean)

  • 1 Egg

  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce

  • 1/4 Cup Oats or Crushed Crackers of choice (we sometimes use Gold Fish crackers)

  • 1 Tsp. Liquid Smoke

  • 1-2 Tsp. JamDinners Steak Spice

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients together but don’t mash up too much. Form into patties. Heat BBQ to appropriate temperature and cook flipping 1/2 way through. Serve with a bun and your favorite toppings!
