Basil Pesto

The easiest sauce ever.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup fresh Basil Leaves

  • 1/2 Cup Olive Oil (we substituted a couple Tbsp. with our EVOO Basil Oil)

  • 1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese, shredded

  • 1/4 Cup Walnuts, chopped

  • 3-4 Cloves of Garlic

  • 2 Tsp. Lemon Juice

  • 1 Tsp. Salt

  • 1 Tsp. Pepper

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients in a food processor until smooth. If the mixture is still too thick add in a little extra oil at a time until desired consistency is achieved.

  • Store in the fridge for 1-2 weeks or until parmesan cheese expiry date.
