Applewood Smoked Pork Bites

Summer is coming to an end and its a sad time if you ask us … so we are holding onto it as long as we can and whipping up as many delicious recipes as possible!

Ingredients

  • 2 Pork Chops, cut into 1.5inch cubes

  • 2-3 Tsp. Applewood Smoked Sea Salt

  • 1-2 Tsp. Soy Sauce

  • 1-2 Tsp. Worcestershire Sauce

  • Olive Oil

  • Green Onion or Chives for garnish

Directions

  • You want to season the pork chop pieces with the sea salt about 2-3 hours before you plan to cook them. Add the pork to an air tight container, season as desired then store in the fridge.

  • Once they have been in the fridge for 2-3 hours, remove from fridge and heat oil up in a pan over medium heat. Add the pork, season with a little extra sea salt and cook until internal temperature is 165F degrees or better. Tossing and flipping the pork bites periodically throughout the cooking process.

  • Serve on their own or with a cream based dip!
