Applewood Smoked Pork Bites
Summer is coming to an end and its a sad time if you ask us … so we are holding onto it as long as we can and whipping up as many delicious recipes as possible!
Ingredients
2 Pork Chops, cut into 1.5inch cubes
2-3 Tsp. Applewood Smoked Sea Salt
1-2 Tsp. Soy Sauce
1-2 Tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
Olive Oil
Green Onion or Chives for garnish
Directions
You want to season the pork chop pieces with the sea salt about 2-3 hours before you plan to cook them. Add the pork to an air tight container, season as desired then store in the fridge.
Once they have been in the fridge for 2-3 hours, remove from fridge and heat oil up in a pan over medium heat. Add the pork, season with a little extra sea salt and cook until internal temperature is 165F degrees or better. Tossing and flipping the pork bites periodically throughout the cooking process.
Serve on their own or with a cream based dip!
